Cancellation Policy

Registration can be transferred to another person if requested in writing by e‐mail or post. For security reasons, all requests for substitutions or transfers must be received via email at least 24 hours before the event, with the name and contact email for both the registered and replacement delegates. All refunds are subject to an administrative fee of at least 10%, but not more than $50, of the original fee paid. • If canceled four or more weeks before the event, 100% of the registration fee (less the administrative fee) will be refunded. • If canceled between four and two weeks before the event, 50% of the registration fee (less the administrative fee) will be refunded. • No refund is given if canceled within two weeks of the event. Amendments: Ontario Baseball Association reserves the right to modify the program up to the day of the event. It may be necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances, to alter the program, venue, and/or speakers. Regrettably, this means no refunds or credits can be issued in line with the cancellation policy. Change in Date: If unforeseen circumstances cause Ontario Baseball Association to change the date of an event, all delegates will be informed as soon as possible, and a transfer to the new dates will be offered. If the new date is unacceptable, delegates can request a full refund. Cancellation: If unforeseen circumstances cause Ontario Baseball Association to cancel an event, all delegates will be informed as soon as possible, and a full registration fee refund will be made. In the event of a cancellation, Ontario Baseball Association accepts no responsibility for covering travel, hotel, or other costs incurred by delegates and guests. Inclement weather: a delegate/participant’s inability to attend an event because of weather, while regrettable, is not cause for a refund.
